Reservation and Cancellation Policy
A
ONE NIGHT deposit is required within 10 days of making a
reservation. This deposit confirms the reservations for the
stated number of days. The balance for the full reservation
period is due upon arrival. Our cancellation policy is the
same as most resort areas. A two-week notice of cancellation
is required for any cancellations, changes in the dates, or
number of days. A refund less 20% will be issued ONLY
if a two-week notice is given. There will be NO
REFUNDS FOR LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS, CHRISTMAS RESERVATIONS,
OR EARLY CHECK-OUTS.
Minimum
Stays
A 3-Night minimum stay is required
from June 1st through September, and for the Memorial Day,
July 4th,Thanksgiving Holidays, Martin Luther King and
President's Day Weekend and Spring Break period.
We do not allow check-ins or check-outs on
July 4th or Christmas Day.
A 5-Night stay is required
during the Christmas Holidays (Dec. 15 - Jan. 1). No check-ins
or check-outs on Christmas Day. Reservations for Christmas
must be paid in full by November 1st. No refunds will be
issued for the Christmas Holidays after November 1st.
A 2- night reservation is required for our
January Bargain Days (January 2-31)
